Officer Licensing & Screening

All assigned personnel are legally authorized to perform security duties in Texas.

Each officer:

Holds a valid Texas security license

Passes background screening

Receives site-specific instructions

Works under company supervision

No unlicensed personnel are assigned to posts.

Use of Force Policy

Our officers are trained to observe, deter, and report.

Force is only considered when legally justified and necessary for protection of life.

Our role is prevention — not escalation.

Vehicle & Uniform Identification

Our patrol vehicles and uniforms are marked to clearly identify private security status and avoid confusion with law enforcement agencies.

We do not represent ourselves as police or emergency responders.

Reporting & Documentation

Every patrol and incident is documented to protect client interests.

Records are retained for reference in the event of complaints or claims.

Cooperation With Law Enforcement

We coordinate with local law enforcement when necessary and provide accurate information when incidents occur.
